Require a Hong Kong accountant to prepare the following in relation to two Hong Kong companies: HK Company A (Less than 100 bank account transactions for the year) 1. Prepare general ledger up to 31 March 2013 2. Prepare statutory consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2013 in accordance with HKFRS for Private Entities HK Company B (Less than 10 bank account transactions for the year, Company B is a subsidiary of Company A at 31 March 2013, Company B has not commenced any business activity) 1. Prepare general ledger up to 31 March 2013; 2. Prepare statutory financial statements up to 31 March 2013 in accordance with SME Financial reporting standard
