I have a B2B SaaS product, its an innovation center management software. it have almost 15 modules with 3 deferent user types/interface/dashboard.

the knowledge center will be 3 type of content :

1- articles- including images and infographics

2- how to do tutorials videos

3- interactive walkthrough

this most be seo-optimized content, and we will be using intercom, the content should be compatible with intercom AI tool.

The main objectives to gain our of the project:

1- set up the process of adding new modules/ function/ feature to the knowledge center

2- Limiting the human interaction to onboard customers on how to use the product to 1 session only.

3- Eliminate the tickets and inquires that are related to knowing how to use the product

4- content creation for organic growth

5- Enhance customer experience

The articles is depending on how many module/function we have ready to be explained and on how many users type can access it, the article quality conditions is related to SEO rules and as long as its clear explaining and as long as its enough for the user to understand how to use the function and as long as its completable with SEO then its ok

There are 3 types of users

1- the admin user which is qewam direct customer this user control the IC, organize the program and content and road map and milestone and every thing

2- the startup user which is same as i give you the customer of qewam client hi will be using the platform to attend the cohorts and workshops and incubations program and have consultation session and have mentorship session and deliver milestones.

3- Mentor user which is an external user that do not fall under the client staff he is external resources in most of the case and he will be responsible to mentor the startups and guide them set the milestone for them approve it and make sure they are on track

For the interactive walkthrough, this need to be the first thing that users will try if they lost or do not know how to do any thing it has to be very clear and it has to be step by step until completing the job, it need to show the steps that users have to do to complete their job

For videos the voice have to be fluent english and no need for any producing effects.

so every step must have articles, videos and walkthroughs

and all must be added to our intercom knowledge center to be reflected their and all must be compatible with intercom AI tool

e. Support Services: The mentor can view his requests from service providers and approve them according to the program's customization.

Goals and Requirements Tracking Unit: Define the goals and requirements that the startup must achieve and complete. With our goal tracking unit, you can create, track, monitor, and include for each program:
