Website Page Changes

I have a website – ussconstellation.org. the website has a page our-fallen.html. That page is a memorial to our fallen sailors. What I need is to change the page to be able to easily add more people by adding names to a data file (csv format from Excel). What I envision is to: 1) Redo the plaque on the right side. The plaque can hold 18 names. I want to be able to show a large and growing number of names on plaques. Have the names in an csv file – our-fallen.csv. Arrows on the left and right side of the plaque would provide navigation through the file in groups of 18. I can provide a blank plaque with the “USS Constellation Memorial Wall” at the top, the 18 blank gold plates and the tag on the bottom left. The tag on the right would change with each group of 18. The information for each gold plate would come from the data file. The round seal would be displayed as a .jpg (or another format) based on a flag in the data file. It is possible that all fields in the data file could be blank (except the First and Last names). All the data fields are Text fields except the two date fields. The date fields format is “Month DD, YYYY” e.g.: September 23, [login to view URL] captions (“Died:”, “On Board:”) for the fields are not part of the data file. All of the data shown on each marker is centered left to right, with the block of 4 lines of text centered top to bottom. As shown on the existing website ([login to view URL]) single line (first and last names) are positioned at the top of the marker – in anticipation that additional data may be added at a later date (data set updated). Font for the markers is Myriad Pro, Bold, 14pt 2) Add ability to show an obituary on the left side when clicking on one of the names on the plaque. The obituaries are in .PDF format, and could be shown on the left side on top of the upper photo. The name of the obituary file would come from the csv file (the path to the file would be fixed to “assets\obits” or something like that. If the obituary didn’t exist, put a temporary (5-10 second) message to that effect in the PDF area, then after the timeout remove the message and reshow the existing photo. If another plate is clicked, swap the showing PDF with the new one. If one of the arrows (left or right) is clicked, remove the showing PDF and restore the photos. 3) Move the audio controller to the bottom of the left panel. 4) Add a search function. A search bar would be placed above the audio controller. The user would be prompted for the Last Name of the person to find. The system would search the csv file to find the panel, then show all 18 names from that panel. Somehow highlight the person (blue box around the plate or something like that). If the name isn’t found, show a temporary message (5 – 10 seconds) that the name wasn’t found. 5) CSV file format (XLSX columns): …Previous markers . . Panel #; Marker #; First-name; Last-name; Rate; When-Died; When-OnBoard; Dept-Div; Member (Y/N); Obituary link . . . …Rest of the markers NOTE: All other functions on the page must look and work in the existing manor (audio and visual). This page can have its own CSS and JS files, however the CSS files associated with the upper and lower parts of the page need to remain (header and menu items at the top and copyright and update information at the bottom). The page needs to remain be responsive to the screen size (ability to be shown on phone, tablet, or desktop computer). I want to be able to drop your new page into the website and have it work properly. I can provide the existing page with all the photos, associated CSS and JS files. I expect a new CSS and JS files to support the new features on the page. (Don't change the existing CSS & JS files).
