Make Alterations to Shopify App, Shipping Insurance Popup

We had this done for another one of our websites but the freelancer that did it is not responding so need someone else to take over this project. We have the bold upsell app installed on one of our websites that we use to upsell shipping insurance. The other freelancer went in and made it so that you cannot exit out of the popup screen until the customer has selected or declined insurance, made it so that the checkout button is disabled until they add it, and made it so that the buttons direct to the appropriate areas so that that there is no way around this popup. This needs to be duplicated, when I was installing it on the other site the code was not working the same because it is a different theme, so you can look at his work and then duplicate and make changes as needed for this other site. Automatic bids will be ignored and I need someone to do this on budget and quickly. Budget is $50.00
