Convert design/prototype to CSS/Smarty-PHP template

Hi, We have a prototype of a website of approx 10 pages. Each page are based on the same design, but with different content (ie. "registration-page", "dashboard", "mypage", "post new item", etc.) in the content-part of the page of the page. I've attached the page structure for your reference. We would like to have the entire website (ie. approx 10 pages), build as Smarty PHP templates (.tpl) following our prototype, and applying the desired design (delivered as PSD). There will be Ajax-loaders & jQuery functionality on most of the pages. This includes some tabbed menus, alert-boxes ocurring in-page, verification of forms, etc. The latter could be using jQuery or similar. As we would like the site being build using Smarty PHP, you should also make an ultra-simple PHP-page to show the actual resulting websites as "fake" content. (ie. user name will just be "john doe" and not dynamic in any way). This means that we expect the delivery to be the fully design/CSS/Smarty-PHP functional site, but with entire static content, so we can develop the live content in PHP afterwards. * All content should be tableless, and fully driven from one central CSS. * All content W3C compliant XHTML/CSS * All content should be handcoded, pixel perfect and extremely well commented. * All content must be cross browser. We do not expect the delivery to be completed until the above is done. We will deliver the design + link to prototype to all bidders via message, as I do not wish to post it here. You must be able to document strong CSS/XHTML experience, as well as experience with Smarty. Thanks, and we're looking forward to your bids.
