Mobile Website. PSD to Business Catalyst

Using the standalone method (please note, not the responsive method), create a 5 page mobile website in Business Catalyst from PSD files. Pages should be created as html without creating Site-Wide Templates for them. The PSD's consist of a Home Page, a General Page and a Contact Page. The Home Page contains a 3 frame rotating banner. The Contact Page contains a Google Map (created in a Content Holder) and each page contains a common webform as well as a common Dynamic Menu. The General Page is generic and used in 3 of the site pages. Therefore the page is created once and copied twice under different filenames and allocated to the Dynamic Menu accordingly. There is no other content to upload. Bidders should be experienced in developing mobile websites in Business Catalyst.
