Hello, i can easily do this for you. 1) Easily done no problem. 2) I will make the header image re-size with the screen for you. 3) I will have to look into this, it could be due to the connection between wooranks test server and yours. 4) This will be fixed as part of the next step. 5) Caching method is simple to add, having inline styles is more of a bad coding standard than a speed issue, however i can easily fix this for you. As for the CSS and JS files i can compress these all into a single file and then minify them to reduce the amount of requests. 6) I can optimize any large elements of the website to be smaller file sizes such as the images.
