Layered PSD to Fireworks, including Adobe Flex and CSS code -- 3

We are redesigning an existing backend tool. This design is created as layered PSD. The client has requested our PSD to be delivered to them as Fireworks sliced images, PLUS the ADOBE FLEX code (dropdowns, mouseover, etc.) and CSS for them to implement. I have provided the initial navigation screen that needs to be developed, I am trying to find a qualified coder for this at this point - there will be more screens as the project progresses. Please also specify your timeframe to do this work.
