291011 Finish HTML CSS for site

Greetings, Currently I have a site that is partially built, the html/css has the main body, header, and footer all put together, but it needs the following items: 1. The menu built. I need it to be a css list style, so that we can add more items at a later point. I can send the photoshop file with hover/active states. 2. Two body layouts- one has two columns within the body area, and the other (as you can see in the screen shot attachment) has a welcome message and then two columns of text. Please make sure it works in FF and IE7- we can use the emulateie7 meta tag if you would like. Don't worry about ie8 Thanks for bidding
