Custom Home Elevation and floorplan - Color Painted Rendition

I need an artist to do a color rendition of the elevation of my Custom home floor plans, along with the 1st floor plan and 2nd floor plan layout. This will be used for a large sign in the yard and brochures to show the public what the house will look like when it is finished with stone, stucco, landscaping, sod, etc. Please look at the attached brochure to see the detail of the house. This has always been done by an artist, that has worked with a water-color type design. It looks homey and comfortable and not computer generated. They have typically handed me the original artwork and then I have it scanned and put on disk. Thank you for your help and interest! Look forward to seeing the artists out there!
