We need a virtual assistant to help our new project team for 1-2 days per week for the next 2 months for a new project based in the UK working in the field of IT services. This will be an on-going role that will typically include tasks such as: Market research, appointment setting, data entry, sync up calls, sending emails, LinkedIn, proof-reading and graphic design. You'll be working directly with our team of 4. We need someone in the Philippines with a good grasp of the English language, who can speak, read and write emails well. The Philippines was chosen, as it has a time-zone difference that works well with our team. This role will suit a self-starter who is comfortable picking up tasks from a Trello board (Kanban work style), taking action and reporting back their findings, and where needed raising a request for help - to perform a management role if needed. Our team will be available to answer questions, but due to 8 hour time zone difference (we are UK based). We will need to primarily work together over email, instant messaging and Trello - with occasional sync calls over Skype, or other so we can discuss at the start or end of the day any clarity needed around outstanding tasks. Anyone familiar with the IT services field is a must, as we are a technology company and that would help us clarify what we are looking for. Not to an advanced level, but comfortable in that setting.
