Project Plan: Detail plan of the channel exploitation, Marketing plan: Growth plan, promotional plan, marketing ideas to acquire interest of subscribers base to request and or view the channel Sustainable plan: How can the channel be sustainable and interested for the customers, especially if they are paying for the service? Financial plan: A financial overview of how we will acquire our financial needs, break even and how we can comply with the financial agreement with the channel provider.
