Translation from English to Spanish five pages of Word Docs

I have 5 documents in Microsoft Word that I need translated from English to Spanish. Most are text with numbers spaced apart with tabs (rating 1-10 scale sheets). The forms contain communication and team descriptions and verbage. I need to have accuracy of the spanish for mexico audiences and be grammatically correct. I need to get these done pretty quick so turnound time is very important. The English version forms I will provide are written using Microsoft Word 2002 and the Spanish version must be compatible with 2002. For someone with spanish-english experience in this kind of work it should be simple to get this done quickly.
