I am looking for a professional with a strong background in electrical engineering or architecture to design a comprehensive electrical plan for a 90 x 30 shop building. The building will mainly be used for plastic fabrication and thermoplastic welding. Key Project Requirements: - Knowledgeable in electrical circuitry suitable for industrial equipment. - Experience in designing electrical plans for workshops or similar environments. - Ability to create a design that is energy efficient and safe. Scope of Work: - Design an electrical system that supports LED lighting throughout the building. - Include plans for outlets specifications for equipment (110V, 220V, and 440V). - Plan for 8 or more sets of 110V and 220V outlets throughout the shop. 6 sets will be evenly spaced along the 'back' wall to service work stations. Another set of outlets on each end of the building. - Include 440V service to the building for future use. Lights are 8 LED panels: Condor Gen 3 LED High Bay, 300W, 5000K, 120-277V, Frosted Lens Light switch at each end that controls the four lights on that end. Dimmable. Will also include wiring to two louvered exhaust fans in top corner of ends. Towards the back wall that does not have roll up doors. Your proposed plan should prioritize safety, efficiency, and consideration of the type of machinery used. Please include examples of similar projects you've completed as part of your bid.
