Hello. I would like the opportunity to fix this issue for you. The hardest part will be diagnosing the issue, it could be many parts of componemnet services so an investigationwill be needed. I have experience manually configuring component services mainly in windows server, but this can be transitioned over to Windows 10 which i guess you are using as per the bid .
