Compile and replace kernel for arm clearfog using manufacturer's source

I need to compile and replace/install kernel on a clearfog arm board running a custom centos port. Manufacturer uses open build service. Furthermore, the process and steps need to be documented so it is replicable. Finally, any freelancer who takes this job has to agree and sign a confidentiality and transfer of rights agreement. I am able to answer any questions. I can provide ssh access to the board.
