Simple / Basic MP3 Player Music Program

Experienced programmer required to develop a program from scratch. I require a simple mp3 player program that has the following features: * Play * Stop * Next Track * Previous Track * Search play list * Import tracks * Ability to save multiple play lists (like the itunes or windows media play list) Programmed in C++ - (Desktop based exe – not flash) This is quite a basic player that will launch full screen on XP, Vista, Windows 7, ect… (intrested in Mac version also) It is very important that it is reliable and plays the MP3 using low CPU and plays the songs trouble free. This is a standard basic player..... 1 very simple requirement for the player will be explained to the winning bidder, but if you can programme the player this will be a very simple modification. I also require the programmer to design this simple player screen, but a nice glossy and expensive looking design is essential for such a basic player. Skype - Good communication and the ability to add more features essential.
