Magazine for iPhone/Ipad

Hi we are an italian company,we want an application for a online magazine compatible with iphone and ipad. The user must be able to display only one free magazine and then he must be able to choose to buy a single magazine or annual subscription . The Magazine is in rich media pdf ( video- audio - quicktime element). The application must be able to read the magazine that will load in our hosting.
