Modifying a breakout indicator and making an EA out of it

We have a breakout indicator that needs a simple modification. Previous freelancer has decoded the code and has made a very simple logic document so you don't have to find out how the indicator works yourself. The previous freelancer has also mentioned the fact that the modification can be done to our requirement. So here are the tasks: 1) Modify the indicator so that it changes the signal from the a closed candle signal after a break from the breakout box, to the very moment of break from the breakout box and not waiting for the candle to close. You'll understand this when you see it. 2) Make an EA out of this modified indicator. The EA would solely based on this modified indicator. It would also need to have the usual trade manager function (TP, SL, BE, spread detection, lot size, timing detection, and magic number for multiple chart application). This indicator is very good and it will be useful for your own trading. Please take this into consideration when bidding for this project.
