18744 Setup of network

This is not a programming job. I need someone to design me a setup where I can setup a network of computers each with their own ip address (i.e they must be connected independantly to the internet). One designated computer must be able to access all the other computers and send and receive files from them. The computer must also be able to take control of the other computers on the network. You must give me exact instructions of the setup, model numbers of any equipment that I may need to purchase etc. I assume many of you will know how to do this therefore the bid will have a large weight in my decision.
