Streamingserver

I need a streamningserver solution that can handle about 40-80 users with a download raite that is at least 192Hz. Stereo The system is going to run over ADSL but the server is going to be on a fiberline. Remote admin, remote upload and have the possibility of putting in ads that are being played after a certain amount of time, the music is in Mp3 format and random played. I also want an automatic change of the music twice everyday. Softer until the evening when a harder playlist plays instead. We need the software solution and the minimum hardware demand for this solution
