Create A Java Web-Based Stock Charting Application

What I need or require: I need to create a web-based stock charting application using Java. It should contain a login page, stock screen page, stock charts page and admin panel to manage the subscribed users. What I already have versus what the provider will build: I have a reference site and URL with login details will be given only to the winning bidder, and you will have to replicate all the features and functionality of the reference site. (Please refer to attached file to view detail text description of the features and functionality.) Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: - Application should be able to draw end of day data (EOD) from the various stock exchanges or from free sources available in the market. eg: SGX, KLSE, NYSE AMEX, HKSE etc. - Application should be able to automatically plot support and resistant lines for the charts based on our given algorithm. - Admin user should have control over users' subscription, mass send email to group of users, auto send renewal reminders to expiring users, add/delete user, grant user access to different markets etc. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience in developing similar applications, please present your portfolio for review. Timeframe for delivery: The application should be up and running in 1-2 mths.
