2500 targeted Facebook LIKES / FANS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

I need 2500 targeted Facebook LIKES/FANS active fans for my Facebook Like page. Possibility of much more work if this goes well. Requirement for Fans: 1. 99% of Fans must be USA 2. Fans must be 18+ 3. Target interest – Stock Market / Investors 4. All fans must push our Like button 5. All fans must be active and have real status updates that go back maximum of 15 days. 6. All fans must have at least 50 friends or more, profiles must be at least 20 days old. 7. All Accounts MUST be REAL Facebook accounts with at least 50 friends. 8. All accounts must have at least 4 photos. 9. Fans must be offered NO incentive to become fans. 10. ABSOLUTELY NO fans with profiles promoting pornographic, dating, gambling, illegal or youth endangering sites of ANY nature. 11. Methods to getting fans must NOT get the fan page banned. 12. No wall to wall spamming. 13. NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO BLACK HAT! NO SPAM! 14. All Fans should be acquired gradually over a period of time, not immediately 15. Must not violate facebook terms of service. Skills Required: Social networking, facebook fan generation, fluent English. Quote and Bid: Please quote me for the whole project Deliver and Payment: 1. You will be paid 10% before and 90% after completion – This is to see that fans are real and not disappearing. PROFILES WILL BE CHECKED! 2. Any fans and followers that are suspended in that time period must be replaced, or will not be paid for. 3. You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned or deleted. No login information will be shared for the fanpage or for my personal page. Selected candidate must be able to supply detailed tracking of fans generated. Explain exactly how you will go about getting these fans. What methods, etc. 2. How long it takes to reach 1000 fans. 3. Tell me how quickly you can generate 1000 fans.
