I am looking for an HVAC expert to assist with a load calculation for a residential building that is currently under construction. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential HVAC systems and be familiar with load calculation methods. Requirements: - Expertise in HVAC load calculations for residential buildings - Familiarity with load calculation software and tools - Ability to accurately assess the heating and cooling requirements based on the square footage of the building (more than 2000 sqft) - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the construction team If you have the necessary skills and experience, please provide examples of previous HVAC load calculation projects you have worked on. *Performs work that crosses the boundaries between engineering and project management. *Technical support for site in HVAC, PLUMBING, F.F.SYSTEM. *Preparing & reviewing the shop drawings with IFC. *Design & Re-design works, Heat Load Calculation in HAP Or Elite, and Coordination with consultant. *Planning & Construction Management. *Handling all the work regarding the planning, organizing & scheduling of the project *Coordinate the Mechanical work with Architectural, Electrical and Specialist disciplines. Projects:- 1- King Abdullah Project for Development of Security Facilities for MOI (KAP 01) (2000 million$). The project comprise of 21 prototypes, the total no of buildings are 305 Nos which is spread over the Kingdom regions, each of different scheme for security residencies owned to the Ministry Of Interior (MOI). 2- Jabal Omar Development Project (JODP) (1800 million $). The project is close to the Grand mosque in Makkah. The master plan of development covers 230,000 square meters. The development consists of 39 commercial and residential towers . 3- King Abdullah University for science and Technology (KAUST) (3million $). The project is a public research university located in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. KAUST is sited on more than 36 square kilometers (14 sq mi), encompassing a marine sanctuary and research facility. KAUST is Saudi Arabia's first and the world's largest LEED-certified project. Designed by international architecture firm HOK
