Here are my specific needs: (These are needed for permitting in Maricopa County, not to refine or enhance the structure) Size 20 X 40 and 15" high on the ends and 16" Tall in the center. - **Detailed Engineering Drawings**: For the existing covered carport, ensuring all elements meet local codes and regulations. - **Height Specifications**: Precise drawings focusing on the structure's height, detailing any recommended adjustments or reinforcements for stability and weather resistance. - **Electrical Installation Plan (Future-Proofing)**: Although not immediately installing electrical devices, I seek expert advice on potential future installations such as lighting or an electric vehicle charging station.
