DVD editing job

This is a straight forward job for anyone with a back ground in editing. We have a 2 hour Seminar on Fish and we want a professioal looking menu made with chapters with a "Marine Fish Look" e.g. clownfish. And it created into a dvd with music in the menu which you will be given. The seminar is spread out onto? 4 dvds at the moment so they need to be put on to one. There will be 8 main chapters and also some bonus features. Each chapter is to have the name of the chapter in the actual film come up before going into that chapter. This is also to have a marine fish look and you will be given some music to put over the top of those small sections. It must look professional and as editing eg. of the work must be uploaded to a video site e.g. Youtube so we can have a look at the work. Some subtitles will also be needed in some areas over the footage where you cannot hear people talk properly and a small credits page.
