Hello, I'm a voip specialist with over 10 years of experience working on the TS department of a Voip company; I can install, troubleshoot and customize many VOIP devices including : softphones, ATAs, IP-phones and PBX systems like Asterisk/FPBX. I read your project description and I can help you install your Asterisk system, my suggestion for you is the FPBX web interface instead of Elastix tough, Elastix is very outdated unless you have a very specific reason to use Elastix then we can certainly try that. Asterisk/FPBX has recording features, but as far as reporting it's quite limited, all you get is a CDR report with the standard installation; for the reports my suggestion is Asternic queue reports but you'll need to use queues with your Asterisk system in order to work with these reports; As far as integrating with a 3rd party/in-house CRM can be done, I would need to know a bit more about your CRM app (like what language is written, if it already has any API or we need to integrate from scratch etc).
