Create Asset Management NFC App for both IOS and Android. Development shall add functionality to already developed Frontend UI mockup with intent to function according to flow characterized in Figma and documented notes and comments shared in proposals, Figma notes, and PPT notes. Development Plan & Milestones Breakdown Development shall be broken up into modules. Each module will be testable and has its own timeline and milestone payment. After testing and verification, milestone payment will be released and the source code of the app will be shared. Milestone payments will be created before starting a milestone work and they will only be released after Client tests the tasks and verifies that it meets expectations. Contractor agrees to cancellation of milestone payment if issues raised go unresolved more than 3 days after milestone completion timeline. After milestone payment is released the source code of the app will be shared. Milestone 1 - Functionality Phase 1 (Cost: per proposal. Timeline: 7 days) Signup, Subscription, Login, Forgot Password, Update Profile, Logout Milestone 2 - Functionality Phase 2 (Cost: per proposal. Timeline: 7 days) Add/update locations, add/update members, add/update detector. Milestone 3 - Functionality Phase 3 (Cost: per proposal. Timeline: 7 days) Add/update tags, scan tags, google map. Milestone 4 - Functionality Phase 4 (Cost: per proposal. Timeline: 7 days) Search Contractors, End User Invitations, Contractor Invitations, Reports, Push Notifications Note: All the functionality of app will be 100% complete after milestone 4. Milestone 5 - Web Admin Panel (Cost: per proposal. Timeline: 7 days) All the functionality of the admin panel will be done in 1 go. No modules. Support After the project is complete and delivered, Contractor will upload the apps to google and apple stores and provide 1 years of FREE support for any issues Client finds within apps or admin panel. Technologies to be utilized: Mobile Apps: React Native (for both Android and iOS) Web Admin Panel: React JS, CSS Backend: Firebase OR (PHP & MySQL, AWS) Code Versioning & Sharing: Contractor will use Git to update the source code from time to time and version management. The source code repo will be shared with Client.
