Recreate a website in a different ASP server from where it is now

I have a client that urgently needs to migrate his website from another ASP server to another. I have uploaded all the files that go directly into the httpdocs folder in the new Server account I created on a shared server. I have a Database file with a backup of their db in SQL. And, I have a couple of IIS6 Configuration files: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Since I have not worked much with this kind of server, I am not sure how to install or where to install the IIS6 files that suppose to contain the information for the site to take the DB backup. I was told these are all the files I needed to recreate the website in the new server. I have been told this is a simple job and should be done quickly. Do you know how to do it? Please provide your best offer including the time to completion. I need this to be done right away. Thank you.
