dotnetbb help - for korol

this project is for korol only. please do not bid. This has been discussed in detail already. there should be two scripts, one to update passwords between databases and another one added to the dll to add an account to dotnetbb if its not already there from parent db. Also needed help with the main forum page being set to private access only, i want it able to be viewed when you go to the domain without logging in. and also needed the footer changed.
