Access Database Convertion to MY SQL

This project requires someone to convert our MS access database and or ASP connections to MY SQL. We are currently running: Active Server Pages (ASP) and MS Access Database for our [login to view URL] Website. Please note that it will also be required to modify the pages which depend on the access database to record and pull data. I don't know if you need to convert the ASP page to PHP or if You just need to change the connection strings and ASP programming to work on My SQL. I will much rather use the most fastest method possible. I will consider any ideas to make this transition a smooth as possible. NOTE: Please let me know on your bid how you will go about achieving this project. Will you just create a MY SQL and then replicate the MS Access data there and leave the ASP pages intact? Will you also re-program the ASP pages? etc etc. Please ask me any questions if you are unsure about any aspect of this project. I will provide you with a fast reply. FTP login: We are currently hosting the site on a Windows Web Server 2003 IIS 6 with ASP so I don't think FTP will be of any use to test it but I will provide all login details for your to download the entire site. You may have to replicate the entire site on your end to make it work on a Linux, Unix, or Mac os X machine since it will use My SQL. Our website has about 80-100 ASP pages.
