Migrate asp.net app from vb.net to C#

Convert an asp.net from vb.net to C#. App is a web based file manager. Requirements: 1- I have used Instant C# (Commercial product) to convert the application however the C# project doesn't compile due to errors. Coder needs to manually convert the lines which converter couldn't handle or didn't convert properly. You are fixing converted app, not converting from scratch. 2- Some aspx files have converted C# code between <% %> tags. In each such aspx file if this code doesn't contribute to page rendering, code needs to be moved to the code behind file of the page. 3- ALL UI functions in the C# application need to run exactly like their vb.net counterpart. Basically app needs to work just like the vb.net app and user can't know the difference. Candidate Coder will receive the converted C# app and determines if they want to accept the project. This insures no surprises after bid acceptance. If bid is accepted, coder will receive the vb.net app. If project is not completed by deadline and it doesn't meet ALL the requirements, coder will get lowest feedback. I had unsatisfactory experiences with some coders so only serious bidders please. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
