asp.net calendar integrated with google calendar

I would like you write a calendar module for me. 1. no component or addon with money is accepeted 2. codes should be asp.net + ajax/qjuery webforms with Vb.net code behind. (no C# please) 3. all events and messages will be written in SQL Express 2008, Fields and tables like this name format CalEventType, CalEventColour etc... 4. all attachment will be uploaded to "Documents/Calendar/" folder 5. sample query based template is attached. 6. opening screen will be Motnh view, there should be also week and day views 7. every week should have week number. 8. start of week is monday, date format is DD/MM/YY H:M 9. Super Administrator can create calendars as much as he wants. We could also put iCal link to calendar so that events can be uploaded to Google Calendar via google calendar Api 10. Super Administrator can create event types as much he wants per calendar. Every calendar may have different event types. Every event type may have its own RGB colour as Hex code 11. Super Administrator can assing Administratorto calendars as much as he wants. 12. Super Administrator/Administrator can assing users to calendars as much as he wants. 13. Super Administrator/Administrator can give permission to any user to create/delete/update/see events in a calendar whic he created 14. Super Administrator/Administrator can see list of events as a grid and can able to make text search within the event title, event summary, attachment name 15. Users can add/see/update events according to "EVENT CATEGORIES" of their assinged CALENDAR. updates should be logged with usernames and time only 16. While users create an event. o they could able to upload and attach a file to event. Every file will be keep in a folder in server as tree like {c://Year/Extension/file name} o they could able to sellect to google calendar that is predefined by admin. Script should write summary of event and title and also able to put remidners like sms/email etc. o Only event creator or super admin can delet event. 17. Users can add comments to events. 18. users can not see events or calendats that are not related with them 19. if there is an event in a specific time text should be bold with bg colour with the colour or event category
