ASP.NET Entity Framework Developer - Russian Speaking Preferrable

Looking for a dev to re-assemble a quite fancy web app connected to a Postgres via ASP.NET Web API that in turn makes use of Entity Framework. Summary of technologies in use currently: [login to view URL] <--> ASP.NET Web API <--> Entity Framework <--> PostgreSQL I already have a working solution arranged this way. Just have a look at the attached screenshot. This is a web app, really :) We're going to rebuild it all based on ASP.Net Core but first off let's make a little proof of concept. I need you to reconfigure one of the grids to fetch data from a different table. Then we'll need to find local files matching names from that table and move them in folders based on a keyword from the same table. Ideally, I'd employ drag & drop for rearranging those files. That's where your experience working with [login to view URL] would be highly appreciated, but we can leave it for Stage 2 as long as it is not that important at this point. I should add that finding a developer that can handle the whole arrangement and then redo it for ASP.NET Core is my ultimate goal. I'm looking forward to a fruitful collaboration with you!
