Small website (have sketch and concept)

I need to create my new website and I dont have the time to do it myself so therefore I need a skilled webdesigner that can also work with photoshop. My standard are pretty high. I attached sketch. For the main page I would like to have the main images fading as you can see on this page: [login to view URL] For the headlines I would like to use a specific font that is not a "standard" font I have heard that there is a technique for this maybe it involves flash, give me a suggestion. We need to build a sample pages for all the links (top) Buttons: Designers Bookshop = takes user back to main page Products = takes user to a page where he will be able to do some choices to get to yet other pages Bookshop will load in the url = [login to view URL] Twitter will load in a url = be given out later Support/Contact = will load a page to a Help Desk (Kayako) which I will purchase later. This is a job that will be needed to added on stuff later maybe but we can discuss that later. This website should not be published yet and the one that gets this project will need to temporary publish it on his website. Designer will also get the PSD file reference+font. Since there is so many people out there that bid on every single project without even knowing what they bid on I will ONLY reply to bidders that start replies with code-word: "bookshop" This tells me that you've read the brief. If you don't reply this instruction I will not reply. I dont want any use of frames, I want the menu to exist on all pages and that it loads it from one location. I need it to centered and when user resizes the window it will move so that is stays in the center. It is important that it is placed on the exact same place as on all pages.
