Need Someone To Make a User interface for our custom android rom

Hello we are looking for someone that has experience with android design. We are working on a custom wrong for education we have all of our programs just about finished up now we need someone to make a standard user interface for this ROM must have the following: Must have a unique flat UI based design. Must not interfere with any of the code that is already been done. Must look professional non distracting and unique at the same time. You must have experience with the eclipse IDE. And you must be willing to get this done in a fast pace! Must be able to create icons and images Before you get started you will have to do the following. You must sign an agreement with us before starting the work because we will be handing over all the source code for you to create interface! Must be ready to start work within 24 hours of approval Milestone payments Will be discussed prior to starting the work!
