Mobile/Web app Developer

Hello! I need a platform that will use an app to allow users to register to a race and receive a medal for running. The app will serve a a way to keep history of your running activity (Eventually there will me more sports.) I have attached a list of features the app and the web platform should have. I really need a company or a person that can develop this within . So it cannot be someone that will work on this part time. So if you have developed a similar app you will be favoured. No design is required, i will provide design and we will you a bootstrap template for site. So let me explain in detail: As a user: i enter app See all the races with details Can join a race. When you join race, you will be able to post on social networks. You can receive messages from sponsors of the race. At the race, you can create groups with other friends. when you finish race, you will see your time (posted by organizer) then you will see pictures from the race that you can save to your Wall You will get a medal from the race and if you beat your friend, then you will get a medal from the group you created. As an organizer (for races or for training groups): you will create race and place all information (you do this from the website not app) you upload or select from medal activate sponsors (they can contact the runners) Upload pictures upload times This is in general what i need.
