Hi I have gone throughout the details you mentioned, i can use any of the processors mentioned and can work in android. i have already worked on 4K signage applications. I can develop Digital signage windows and mobile applications from scratch. i have the idea of how the opensource software work and i have developed some applications please go through the below mentioned portfolio.
