Editing VPN app (adding multiple features).

We are looking for an Android programmer proficient in Java and Kotlin to implement a series of changes in the app. Some of these changes are already present in the program and only need to be deployed, while others need to be added to the source code. The app has been redesigned and needs to be executed with the new design. Kill switch: Implement a kill switch functionality. Server capacity limitation: Limit the number of connections to each server and display the remaining server capacity as a percentage. Ping server: Retrieve ping information from servers to connect to the best server. App restrictions for specific applications: Set up the app to work only with certain applications, such as Telegram and Instagram, using a VPN (already available in the source code). User login limitation: Limit the number of devices per user (up to two devices), log out both devices if more than two are logged in, and restrict access for a specific period of time. Display the reason for the user's ban. Additional features: Porn block: Allow users to enable/disable the porn block feature using their user password. In-app notifications: Send notifications within the app (displayed only once). User management based on storage and date: Manage users based on their storage usage and registration date. Send a warning to users when they have consumed 80% of their storage and when three days are remaining until their deadline. User data caching on the mobile device. Core app update: Update the app's core to include the Reality protocol. Password change by the user. All features should be thoroughly tested and function properly
