Custom Chat Bot API

I am seeking an experienced developer with a solid background in AI and chatbot development to help me create a custom chatbot API. This new chatbot will replace the one I currently use in my Android app. Key features of the project include: Custom Knowledge Base: The chatbot should be connected to a custom knowledge base that will serve as its main source of information during interactions. Vector Database Integration: The chatbot should be capable of using vector databases to remember and learn from past interactions, enhancing its performance over time. ChatGPT Integration: The chatbot responses should be powered by OpenAI's GPT model. The developer will need to ensure smooth integration and functionality. Webserver Deployment: The API should be designed to be run from my webserver, allowing for easy access and management. Open Source Software Use: I am open to the use of open-source software like LangChain to facilitate the development and keep costs manageable, as long as it meets the project requirements. The ideal candidate for this project should have: Prior experience in AI and chatbot development Proficiency in API creation and management Familiarity with OpenAI's GPT model Understanding of webserver deployment processes Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed, your approach to this project, and your estimated timeline for completion.
