Dear sir, I Ca implement this using raspberry pi, with guarenteed results. I have experiance setting up chat servers on lan. It cheper than arduiono with wifi shield. Please explain me how do you want to switch the calls on your board. are you wish to use a dedicated display with your device..? in what ever may be case i can complete it for you with in 10-15 days
