HTML5 Chat engine

The goal is to build an HTML5 Instant Messaging Front-End. API available to download separately through instructions included. We are developing a messaging platform with a variety of client (end-user) applications. Both server side and API are already built. The server will expose a JSON API over HTTP. The server will accept JSON messages via HTTP POST where the JSON content is included as the post data. Likewise, the server will submit to your script JSON messages in the same manner. The purpose of this project is to build a Perl+HTML5+AJAX front-end to our client. The entire job description is included in the attached PDF. To open it, please read at the bottom of this. You will need to create a "bitbucket" account (free) and update the project there daily so that we can see the progress. Our user name to add is also Outwork there. "Terms of payment" Upon awarding the job, a milestone will be created for the "entire" amount owed. Elance will hold this money, but none of the milestone will be released until the job is 100% complete. Do not ask for any milestone payments until all the work is 100% finalized.
