Video Editor experienced with 2D animation needed for Youtube Video Editing

Your job is to follow a step by step, a process that will be shared with you and use your creativity to create a video like the one you saw above. What kind of skills I'm looking for: Must be fast, creative, effective, and have previous experience editing and 2D animation. You must dominate video editing basics with Adobe Premiere Pro, and also you must be able to use Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop to create cool animations from a speech. I expect the final products to look like the one shown above.
