After Effects Designer

I want to take our current proposals and turn them in to an scrolling animation almost identical in length and 'journey' to this [login to view URL] We have a web team who will use the animation to embed and create this scroll forward or backward effect as Apple have done in the above example. The key element of what we want to achieve is that some of the text can be edited for different clients at different times so I need a designer who can create it, and then leave me with an after effects file (and tutorial, I am very basic skills but not adobe illiterate) so that I can open the file in the future, change some headline text only, and re-render and use. I have a very clear idea of what the final animation will look like as well as the components/images/logos ready to go. I just do not have the time to learn AE to a level to create something this professional.
