Need Afilliate Website that can self replicate

This will be a work from home opportunity. When on the site users will first be given instructions to fill out a form with contact info such as email address name etc. Then they will be instructed to click on approximately 5-10 advertisements that will be shown in banner form, labeled alphabetically on the site. Banners will take user to advertisers homepage where they will fill out a form to receive the advertisers product or service. Once they get to the thank you page of the form I would like maybe a code to generate or maybe they could copy and paste the page url in boxes on the site labeled Product code with letters corresponding to each banner. This will be my indication that they have fulfilled the requirements. Next they will click on same banner and fill out the affiliate portion on the advertisers home page. All banners would open in a separate window. Once they sign up as an affiliate for the advertiser they will then look for their html banner code referral link on the advertisers site which they will then copy and paste in boxes on my site labeled affiliate code with letters corresponding to each banner. User will be instructed to do this for each advertiser. So Banners will be ladled A-Z and each banner will have its own product code and affiliate code box also labeled A-Z. Once user has filled out all forms and has populated both the Product Code and Affiliate Code Boxes for all advertisers, I would like them to receive an automatic email with log in info that they will use to access their own website with that url also included in the email. Their site will be exactly like the original except now all the banners on the site will have their referral ID because of the html banner code they copied and pasted on the original site previously. Once someone clicks on the banners on their site and do the same thing they will get their own site and so on. I would like to be able to update site completely and give users limited updating capability mainly to change certain banners in case of expired affiliate programs.
