Online Customer Service and Support Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customers' emails in a timely manner. 2. Answer questions and guide customers email to correct department, help supply Shipment information. 3. edit images and post new listing web site design etc 4. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, accounts for order process and escalated customer support. 5. Report to Manager Daily. This job will require an individual that is customer oriented, flexible, creative, can work under pressure and fast pace, time sensitive, quick to learn and enjoys a dynamic environment that demands one to continually learn new skills and apply them. Great Reading and writing english communication skills are a must. We are looking for someone with the right attitude that matches the company culture with a passion for outdoor and home life style products. Requirements: 1. Familiarity with various office and productivity software such as Microsoft Word , Excel, Powerpoint and Google Drive. 2. editing pictures and artwork website design 3. An ability to multitask and work under deadlines. 4. experience with Amazon selling is a bonus 5. Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with various departments and team effectively 6. A Fast Learner! I'm open minded, likes to think out of the box, and not intimidated to try out something new. I know that may not be much to go on, so here's a little background to further support my application. I have previously worked in the call center industry as a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative. I have handled several mediums to communicate with our customers, ranging from email, chat, phone and even as a moderator on forums. Using these mediums, I handle proper investigation, reproduction of issues, and providing solutions as well as compensation for the inconvenience our customers go through. Although I've handled different ways to communicate with customers, I believe that my best lies in handling chat and email, due to the amount that I've spent using those support mediums. Previously, I was a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative, handling live chat and email tickets for Zynga games in Facebook. This experience has sharpened my skills to properly connect with customers through written communication. On a side note, I'd also like to assure you that I have the proper computer specifications and Internet connection that would be needed for the job. Besides a desktop computer as my primary workstation, I have a Sony Vaio laptop that would act as a backup. In regards with Internet connection, I'm currently subscribed to 2Mbps DSL connection and I have a backup 4G USB broadband that reaches up to 7Mpbs. Hello Mr free1000, with my extensive customer service background, I believe that I am a good fit for your customer service and support position I am a US based Certified Virtual Customer Service Representative in the Eastern Timezone. My previous position was a Home Sales Chat Agent for a popular Sports Brand. I believe that I should be your online customer service and support person because I meet all the requirements listed for the position. I am very tech-savvy oriented, and have many years (about 8 years) of experience working with customers in both a retail and and online setting. My previous jobs included providing phone technical support to online customers for an eCommerce company, providing sales and customer service email support to a web-hosting company, and providing chat sales support to a popular sports company. I believe my many years of experience as a customer service representative can fit in well with this position I have a home office, which includes high speed internet, with both a Mac and Windows operating desktop system. and I am also readily available online. Besides from that, I also posses excellent grammatical skills and a careful attention to detail. I am a native English speaker and have a typing speed of about 70 WPM. I also think that I would be a good fit for this customer service position because I am the kind of person that needs minimal to no supervision at all while working. I am someone that adapts really quick, and a fast learner. And as my previous experience would suggest, I am capable of meeting goals while working solely, and I always put my job first before anything. You can count on me to be someone you can depend on long term. I would like to lastly clarify that my salary requirements are really flexible, so though my initial bid is at $8/hr, I would be open to considering less if I am considered for this position.
