We have issues with our new server (not booting/installing) and need experienced help to fix it as we need to determine if the server is broken. Servermodel is a Dell PowerEdge C6220 with 4 Nodes. The server has a separate IPMI for each node with full access via Internet. Currently 3 nodes load the Windows Installer but fail to install (the error message is only very short on screen and we cannot read it) and one node does not boot at all. The freelancer should check the BIOS and the configuration if something is wrong. Also boot the System with some kind of rescue mode and then install Windows 2012 R2. Freelancer needs to provide information if he has already worked with this or a similar model. Good english is a requirement and any question should be asked beforehand! Project needs to be done directly after being assigned to it. We see the project as finished once Windows 2012 R2 boots up on each node or if we determine the node is broken.

I've been in IT for about 15 years, handling hardware and software for small businesses and individuals. I started out as a bench tech, then went on to work as an outside contractor. I've installed and configured many Microsoft networks in my time, from Windows NT4 through 2012. I do not have direct C6220 experience, since it's more of an enterprise system, but I am thoroughly familiar with BIOS configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting OS/hardware issues. I'll diagnose and either fix the issue or recommend the appropriate action to be taken.
