Create a module for OpenCart

Hello, I need a module for OpenCart. What this module must do is recommend items based on the user preferences ( the user set some criteria and then show items that are previously tagged). Say I have a clothing store and a customer wants to buy some trousers. In order to get some items recommended, he will firstly have to select what type of clothing is he looking for, then perhaps what stile, color etc. I do not want it though having all the options aside (like ebay for example) but I'd like it to be more like a walk-trough thing - you will choose first one criteria, then another and so on, With every choice of criteria though you must have an option of stop at what you already selected as criteria and get the respective results Please bid for the entire cost, as well give some time frames. Also, if my explanation was not very clear, message me so I can clarify the project further
