Django developers requierd for one month in the summer (preferably in our office in Germany)

We make the site available for recruiters. • Site is *******.com and *******.com and soon new domain: *******.com • 100,000 members and 500,000 members on several facebook applications • I can send you a business plan if you want Office • In Germany close to Koblenz • There is currently me and four other guys from another company that develops in Python Team Small team of 4 But mainly working within virtual team Code • Started to program in October 07 • It is large source code, well structured and programmed but many times not following Django standards • It is not well documented Requirement • Good English • Intelligent • Able to take view of general picture • Able to work with business person to find out what is the bottom line rather in terms of business • Expert in Python Compensation • Main compensation is in shares of the company • In addition you get a salary • Salary should be not be high since it should be an incentive for you, incentive should be shares • We hope to get investment soon in which case your salary would get higher
