Django/React Developer & Deployment Specialist

I'm seeking a talented Django/React developer to assist with both front-end and back-end development of my web application for a week. Aside from the code writing, we'll also be doing a substantial amount of testing, idea sharing and brainstorming in a fun, team enviroment. If your an introvert whom just wants a task list - this will not suit, if you wish to spend a week having fun and blowing up a codebase till its happy - this is more for you.
The project involves:
- Front-end development
- Back-end development
- Deployment assistance
- General development work
Skills and experience needed:
- Proficient in Django and React.js framework
- Familiarity with testing and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to brainstorm creative solutions
Communication during the project will be mainly through video calls, so a good command of English and excellent communication skills is crucial. Prior experience working in similar short-term, intensive collaboration projects is highly preferred.
The first day will be spent deploying 3 codebases, a smaller backend that looks great but is like a painting, pretty to look at - doesnt do much. The others an bigger codebase whom carrying some excess pounds but knows it and has been on a diet for weeks - and the front end. Slick and fine - little to worry about.
Ove the first day the succesful applicant can ask questions, break things, drop 1m users in then flush them like a toilet, and map out the next 4 days. Tomorrow is about reaching the deployment summit - this can be on aws, gcs or one of the new ones, everything is backed up and the backend can swallow 1.7m users 500k houses and eveery city and real estat agency including their profile photos and logos - like a duck eats bread. So we dont mind the dev taking the lead here we can put it anywhere - Gooble gooble
Day 3: Deployed, testing, breaking the front end - advancing the final final copy after 3 years of work.
Day 4 financlising and having investors from around the world login and give their 2 cents
Day 5: Long term planning if the dev wants to become part of the project full time.
Milestones to be disussed - we are outcome orientated, but not set in stone.
Why Freelancer now? Same reason Usain Bolt doesnt run the entire relay, fresh legs with some flash and flair - the race is already run when he gets it, and this is run - so if you want to be the ahhh, Usain Bolt of um french duck bread, and your a full stack dev with a personality who wants to blow stuff up and flush millions of Americans worth billions of dollars out of a database, then fill them back up and repeat - please enquire.
